Polymer Clay Lentil Swirl Green Brown Yellow Pendant.
A polymer clay lentil swirl is a beadmaking technique that involves rolling a ball of marbled or swirled clay in a circular motion under a flat surface to create a flattened, lentil-like shape with a swirled pattern on both sides. They may not all be round depending on the shape that has been achieved. Some swirls are then cut with cutters to give it different shapes. some are
Left over marbled or swirled clay can be used up in this way and can created very interesting swirls.
After curing the pieces are sanded and 2 layers of UV resin applied to give it the shine and contrast.
We have tried to capture the colours as accurately as possible but due to monitor settings the colours may be a little different.
Materials used: Polymer clay. Bail on pendant is a wire wrapped gold messy bail.
Pendant size including bail: 5.5cm long x 4cm wide at widest part.
