Printing on Demand (POD) is a convenient method of creating high-quality products and directly selling them to our customers.

We use Gelato’s (at present) print on demand service and all orders are send to the nearest printing facility.

How does it work?
1. Place an order on our website
2. We notify our print on demand service of your order
3. They print it for you
4. They post it to you

Should you have any problems

1. Delivery:
Contact us if items does not arrive in appropriate time and we will investigate. Please confirm your delivery address at this time.

2. Defect of Damaged Items:
If there is (a) Damage to the delivered products, (b) Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products (c) Lack of quality of the delivered product

Please contact us (within 14 days) and include images of the items

3. Return Policy:
We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
